£37m MBO leads to the formation of Converse Pharma Group

In October 2013 Mark Gulliford and Andy Wilson completed the £37m management buyout of three trading entities from previous parent company Mawdsleys. The DE Group, Doncaster Pharmaceuticals Group, and Eurodrug were purchased through an asset based lending package provided by RBS invoice financing.
